Shipping Policy

Every Runimals order includes tracked shipping at no extra cost.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before being packed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are usually:

- Germany: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Spain: 7–12 business days
- Most other EU countries: 8–15 business days
- Australia, Canada & New Zealand: 9–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and local carrier delays may affect the final delivery time.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Runimal every step of the way.
